About Type 620A
Monitor liquid levels and flows in pipelines with a clear 360° view. Type 620A allows visual checks of individual devices and complete systems, with flanges at both ends suitable for ASME B16.5 Class 150.

Installation
Use seals that fit the sealing surfaces exactly. Screw material should match or exceed the quality of the sight glass body, and screws must match the flange hole pattern. Lubricate threads and screw heads where possible. Install without tension; pipe forces, vibration and pressure shocks must not act on the fitting.

Borosilicate glass 3.3 supports the operating range up to 300°C. Pressure limits depend on nominal size: 16 barg for NPS ½–2, 10 barg for NPS 3–4, 7 barg for NPS 6 and 5 barg for NPS 8. The lowest applicable glass, gasket or cover temperature limit governs the selection. Operation above 300°C and special materials require confirmation.
