About Type 622
Monitor liquid levels and flows in pipelines with a clear 360° view. Type 622 allows visual checks of individual devices and complete systems, with internal threads at both ends according to DIN EN ISO 228-1.

Installation
The parallel connection thread is not self-sealing. Use suitable sealing material to achieve the specified working pressure. Install the tubular sight glass without pipe forces (tension, compression or torsion), vibration or pressure shocks acting on the fitting.

Borosilicate glass 3.3 supports the published operating range up to 300°C. All listed gaskets support pressures up to 16 barg. The lowest applicable glass, gasket or cover temperature limit governs the selection. Operation above 300°C and special materials require confirmation.
